You can enquire your registration and accommodation from the 'Online Registration & Accommodation Enquiry' area on the symposium website.

I want to bring my wife with me, how much difference do I have to pay?
You can check the accommodation prices on the symposium website. The difference between double room rate and single room rate is the co-accommodation difference.

How many minutes will each paper be presented in the oral presentation session?
You will be notified of the presentation details in the Acceptance Letters to be sent as a result of the evaluation.

Can someone else submit the notification for me?
Another author named in the authors of the paper can present. Presenter changes must be notified to the organisation secretariat by e-mail.

I will not be able to attend the symposium, how can I get my certificate?
Certificates cannot be given to those who do not attend the symposium.

How can I get my pictures taken at the symposium?
Photos will be published on the congress website within 15 - 30 working days after the congress.
