Registration Information

• Enrollment of all participants is compulsory; registration fee includes congress certificate, badge card, program.
• Delegates who selects Author and Student (Master and Phd) must submit a proof on registration

Online Registration Fees Include

• Opportunity to Present Oral Presentations
• Permission to Watch Live Sessions in the SymposiumHalls
• Online Certificate
• Special Access Password and Link for Each User

Registration Terms and Conditions

• An author is allowed to present at most two papers.
• All participants wishing to participate in the symposium need to pay the symposium participation fee.
• Post-graduate and undergraduate students are required to submit newly dated student documents.
• Everyone entering the symposium center must be registered for the symposium. There will be no daily recording.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• We understand that cancellations are sometimes necessary. Delegates may receive a refund less bank processing fee for cancellation requests made by July 20, 2026 at 23:59 (GMT+1).
• No refunds will be granted for cancellation after July 20, 2026.
• If you have to cancel your participation and would like to be refunded, please send by e-mail a written request to yanmasempozyumu@alparslan.edu.tr
• Refunds will be issued after the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be made in the type of money deposited.
• INCOS2026 Organisers will not be responsible for any losses incurred by attendees, including (but not limited to) airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
• By registering, you agree with the cancellation policy.
